LHH is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a company in the Milwaukee area. This contract position would last 3-6 months and offers a hybrid work schedule. Ideal candidate will have workday exp!
Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications.
Schedule and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Work Type: Contract for 3-6 months Pay: $24.00-$28.00 an hour
