LHH is hiring an Engineering Support Specialist for a company in the greater Milwaukee area. Day to day this person will provide technical assistance, coordinate project activities, and ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes.
Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of new products and manufacturing processes.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design and manufacturing processes.
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and initiatives.
Maintain and update engineering databases and software tools.
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in an engineering support role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in engineering tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Friday
Pay: $50,000-$60,000
