LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a customer service representative. This role will be fully in office for the first four months, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After, if you are are meeting expectations, there will be hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with billing questions, payment processing, and account inquiries.
- Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all interactions with customers and update account information as needed.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and federal drug screen
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a high-volume environment, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and interacting with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
