LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator with a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential and a strong background in case management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage program activities to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee case management services, ensuring clients receive appropriate support and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to program activities.
  • Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of program budgets and manage expenditures within approved limits.
  • Conduct regular meetings with program staff to review progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.
  • Participate in outreach and advocacy efforts to promote program services and increase community awareness.

Qualifications:


  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential.
  • Proven experience in case management and program coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
