Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process mail
- Provide general backup administrative support
- Manage conference room schedules
- Perform inventory checks
- Edit documents
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- High School Diploma required
Skills:
- Detail oriented
- Customer friendly
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
Work Type:
- Onsite, Full Time
- Contract
- $17-18/hr
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
