• Gain a thorough understanding of production requirements, including inspections, testing, packing, and trims, and develop a detailed production manual for each account.
• Create, track, and edit purchase orders from start to finish, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Maintain direct communication with international partners to manage timelines and shipping dates, ensuring compliance with customer needs.
• Track and follow up on licensing approvals, buyer approvals, lab testing, and inspections to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide updates on production status and timing to the sales teams.
• Engage in daily communication with Sourcing, Packaging, Licensing, and Product Development teams to gather necessary information for order production.
• Lead weekly meetings with the Product Development team to address any issues or concerns.
• Work with the Import team to book vessels, ensuring that bookings align with required timelines.

• Extensive knowledge with Excel- Formulas, Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of QuickBase is a plus!

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Production/Merchandising
