- Handle the organization, maintenance, and management of legal documents, including case files, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring they are filed promptly and accurately in NY, NJ, and Federal Courts.
- Support the preparation of legal documents such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests, and manage the coordination of filings in both state and federal courts.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as directed.
- Schedule and oversee appointments, meetings, hearings, and court dates, ensuring attorneys are reminded of upcoming deadlines and appearances.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, answering phones, and managing emails, directing inquiries and calls to the appropriate parties.
- Oversee office operations, including coordinating office supplies and equipment, and collaborate with headquarters to facilitate necessary orders.
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Minimum 4-5 years of Legal Admin experience
