Senior Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Accountant for a Real-estate development company located in Louisville, KY. This role will assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting and forecasting, and transactional accounting for real estate projects. Our client offers a safe and relaxed work environment with competitive benefits and compensation of $70,000 - $75,000/year.

Responsibilities

· Completing the month-end and year-end process

· Budgeting and forecasting

· Completing billing, cash management, and accounts payable

· Assist in improving efficiencies in the accounting process

· Account and bank reconciliations

Qualifications

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office Excel

· A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required

· Microsoft Excel experience

· Attention to detail

· Critical thinking

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant

Employment Type: Direct Hire (Full Time)

Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
