Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a large organization in Louisville, KY. In this role you will be responsible for performing various accounting functions focused on accounts payable and month-end close procedures. They are looking for self-motivated individuals with at least 3 years of accounts payable experience. This position offers a starting salary between $50,000/year and $55,000/year. Responsibilities

• Coding and posting vendor invoices
• Recording bank activity
• Processing weekly payments
• Manage travel expenses through Concur Expense
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Manage day-to-day vendor inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous experience in SAP
• Attention to detail
• Self-Motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
