LHH is looking to talk with a Trust & Estates Paralegal in multiple locations. This would be fully onsite, full time and can be in Santa Barbara, Westlake Village, or Century City, CA.


Responsibilities:


· Assist attorneys in transactions, administration, drafting estate planning and funding documents, real estate transfer documents, probate, and trust litigation pleadings.


· Assist with gift and estate tax returns.


· Support business entities.


Experience:


· Draft legal notices, deeds, and status reports, marshalling assets, asset transfers, valuation of assets for estate returns, accountings, sub trust allocation and funding.


· Draft probate documents, prepare trusts, wills, powers of attorney.


· Draft estate and gift tax returns for attorney review.


Qualifications:


· BA and ABA approved paralegal certificate required.


· 4+ years’ experience as a trust and estate/probate paralegal required.


· California notary license preferred.


· Onsite fulltime in Santa Barbara, Westlake Village, or Century City, CA.
