We are looking for the new CSR Representative for a growing company in the Real Estate Industry! Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
Our client is in Downtown Los Angeles area, and will start with a new team as soon as next week!
Responsibilities: Represent the company values and services at the phone, emails and live chat Duties included making outbound calls to various companies and personal clients Calendaring and scheduling appointments with technicians if needed\
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar position
Strong analytical skills
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must have a passion for service
Preferred Skills:
Testing on MS Office software, basic math and analytical skills
CRM knowledge is a big plus
Bilingual Spanish proffered
Computer savvy
Comfortable researching online
