LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a local mid-tier law firm in search of a Controller to join their growing team. This is the role holds the senior most title in accounting and partners with the leadership team of the firm. It will take someone who can see the objectives from both ground zero and 1,000 feet up to drive overall success of the teams. This is a direct hire job that is located near Beverly Hills and requires 100% in office work Monday – Friday. The salary for this Controller job pays between $160K - $200K + bonus, doe. RESPONSIBILITIES
Management and oversight of all financial operations and team in the department
Banking responsibilities, compensation estimates/analysis, financial reporting
Budgets, taxes, audits, performance reviews, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
Must come from the legal/law industry
BA degree required with a preference of MBA, CPA or CLM
7+ years of experience holding a leadership role
Technically driven, strong communicator, flexible and goal oriented
