Administrative Assistant


LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client in Los Angeles area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at juggling multiple projects, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and prepare materials for internal and external partners.


  • Maintain complex calendars, including day-to-day scheduling and long-range planning.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications via phone, mail, and email.


  • Prepare weekly materials in collaboration with the Executive Vice President.


  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to gather and provide necessary information and materials.


  • Organize reference materials and manage filing systems.


  • Handle travel arrangements and expenses promptly and accurately.


  • Assist with departmental projects and initiatives.


  • Coordinate internal team events, meetings, and recognitions.


Required Qualifications & Skills:



  • Previous experience in a support or administrative role within the entertainment industry or similar field.


  • Proficiency with PC and Mac platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Google Docs, and familiarity with SAP.


  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.


  • Meticulous attention to detail and professionalism under pressure.


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and adaptability.


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.


Education:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience
