Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for an early-career Talent Acquisition professional to help a construction firm secure the best talent for their multi-state job openings. Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)
Worksite: HYBRID (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Work-from-Home)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Report To: VP of Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Proactively sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring construction industry professionals across the nation.
Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), and other resources to identify the best possible candidates for the organization.
Working to improve the company’s online presence and social media brand by producing content in an effort to drive better engagement with the talent team.
Developing unique recruitment plans with the HR team & hiring managers for specialized roles.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, or similar role (construction / technical industry experience is preferred)
Experience utilizing a wide variety of tools to find prospects (job postings, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Hiring Events, College Partnerships, etc.)
Exceptional ability to communicate with working professionals in both blue & white-collar jobs with an emphasis on negotiations
Strong tenure & loyalty in prior roles is highly preferred
A Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening are Administered Upon Offer of Employment
