LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring multiple Consumer Collectors. This role would be 100% onsite in Libertyville, IL.
Worksite Location: 100% Onsite in Libertyville, IL
Direct Hire
Salary: $40-44K is the base salary, however potential total cash compensation in year 1 can be $50-55K+
Duties:
Responsible for collecting on bad debt accounts
Achieve monthly goals
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to resolve bad debt accounts
Locate customers to resolve bad debt accounts
Third party collections, auto collections, manual dialing, accountability to individual monthly goals, and skip tracing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of collections experience is ideal. However if you have similar high volume call experience and are interested, they may be open to training.
