LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Corporate Office in Las Vegas, NV that is looking for a Recruiter to join the team. 3 to 6 months contract could go permanent for the right candidate. Must have 2 years of Recruiting experience. This is a full-time on-site Monday through Friday position. Pay range $25-$29 depending on experience.


We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring timely submission of reports, tracking candidate progress, and verifying credentials. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Monthly Reporting:


    • Submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing the estimated time to fill positions.
    • Provide status updates on all requisitions.
    • Include information on the number of candidates interviewed, reasons for passing on candidates, and track delegate progress.
    • Generate and submit % filled reports.

  2. Candidate Tracking and Documentation:


    • Maintain detailed notes on interviews, documenting reasons why candidates were passed or moved forward.
    • Conduct monthly Talent Acquisition Process (TAP) audits to identify aging requisitions and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Perform weekly requisition checks to ensure up-to-date notations on the status of each job (e.g., job offered, pending interviews).

  3. Credential Verification:


    • Verify candidate credentials as part of the screening process.

  4. Interview Coordination:


    • Conduct interviews for Teacher Assistants, Teachers, and Food Service positions, focusing on quick-to-fill roles.
    • Use standardized questions provided for interviews.

  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Regularly meet with the Vice President (VP) and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) of relevant areas to discuss recruitment progress and strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Proven 2+ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and department leaders.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
