LHH has partnered with a dynamic company to help add a Receptionist to their growing team in Knoxville, TN. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, restock office supplies, and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings
Help with administrative duties including data entry, research, and communication
Qualifications:
Proven experience of front desk or administrative support experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Team player
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
