LHH has partnered with a dynamic company to help add a Receptionist to their growing team in Knoxville, TN. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.



Responsibilities:



  • Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.


  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, restock office supplies, and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings


  • Help with administrative duties including data entry, research, and communication



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience of front desk or administrative support experience


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills


  • Team player



Schedule:



  • Full-time, 40 hours


  • Monday to Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm
