LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our energy provider client's team in Katy, TX. Position: Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) Location: Hybrid (Katy, TX 77449) Position Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Work from Home on Mondays and Fridays, In-office Tuesdays through Thursdays) Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hr


Job Description:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office from Tuesday through Thursday. As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers in the energy industry


  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt and professional responses


  • Determine appropriate solutions for customer issues, escalating as needed


  • Provide clear explanations of account details and energy services to customers


  • Resolve issues related to billing, service interruptions, and other customer concerns


  • Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer challenges and ensure satisfaction


  • Handle various related projects and tasks as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to assist a diverse customer base.


  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction


  • Strong customer management and relationship-building skills


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and articulate solutions clearly


  • Ability to analyze customer accounts and provide clear, understandable explanations


  • Self-starter with a proactive, independent mindset


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of patience


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable


  • Prior customer service experience in the energy or utility industry is a plus
