LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant to join our client in the Kansas City Metro. As a Trust Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the trust department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to trust accounts, client communications, and document management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of trust accounts, including the preparation and processing of documents.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trust activities and transactions.

  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to provide information and address inquiries.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for trust officers and management.

  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the trust department.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the trust department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment, particularly in trust administration, is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents and transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of trust laws and regulations is a plus.

Job Details:

Job Title: Trust Admin Assistant

Location: Overland Park, KS - fully onsite

Compensation: $46,000 annual

Job Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST
