Project Engineer

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per Year
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage electrical construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, high quality, and according to contract terms.
- Manage all aspects of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, addendums, proposal requests, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Review and provide comments on client contracts for approval by the Director of Project Management or above.
- Ensure project drawings and specifications are kept current for field and office use.
- Review and submit project submittals that are accurate and timely, including those from subcontractors.
- Review, estimate, prepare, and issue change orders for all work beyond the contracted scope of work
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, project management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, scheduling, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of ConEst, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is preferred
- Advanced attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High level of effective leadership skills to develop and lead a team from project concept to closeout
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
