HR Assistant- Kansas City, MO
LHH is partnering with a client within the Kansas City, MO area who is seeking an HR Assistant within the Electrical industry. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
· Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
· Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Help administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
· Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
· Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position
· Must have BambooHR experience
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
