Responsibilities
- Support walk-in guests and answer/direct phones appropriately
- Assist the non-profit population with community resources
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Heavy data entry
Experience
- At least 2-3 years working in an administrative position
- Experience in non-profits a plus!
Skills
- Customer-service centered
- People-person
- Outgoing, hardworking, empathetic
Work type
- Full time M-F 8a-5p
- Contract 4-6 weeks
