LHH is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking contract attorneys (licensed) with strong writing skills and specialized experience in consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, credit cards, and related areas. This exciting six-month contract assignment offers the potential for extension or long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing investigation documentation related to financial matters.
Collaborating with team leadership and project managers to drive legal analysis.
Conducting in-depth research and providing thorough analysis on complex financial investigative issues.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with experience in financial services law, particularly in consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, and credit cards.
Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Pay: $45/hr
