Ensure the accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for assigned mutual fund companies.
Maintaining distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups.
Monitoring email communications from fund agents.
Creating transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing.
Preparing trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments.
Analyzing various quality control reports.
Researching ledger variances.
Maintaining control metrics.
Desired Skills/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
1+ years of experience in a banking or mutual fund environment.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within mutual funds is a plus.
Requirements:
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with significant overtime towards year-end.
Punctuality and reliability are crucial; unexcused absences and tardiness may result in dismissal.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $20.00-20.50/hr
Worksite Type: onsite initially with ability to work hybrid thereafter (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
