LHH is currently seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience working with balance sheet/ bank reconciliations, posting journal entries and accounts receivable. A degree is preferred but not required. The role is located in Irving, TX and looking to pay up to $65,000.
Engage in the monthly financial closing process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, preparing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation if needed.
Check incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis and perform monthly bank reconciliation activity through verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank.
Engage in the compilation of information for preparation of various tax return include but not limited to Corporate tax, Sales tax and Form-1099.
Engage in day-to-day revenue accounting function including month-end close; reconciliation of revenue related accounts including AR/unbilled, revenue allocations, credit memo reconciliations, preparing monthly revenue analysis of revenue deferrals, bad debt, and revenue serve.
