A long-standing, full-service law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role will be working comprehensive support to the litigation teams, including case management, document preparation, and electronic discovery. The position will require full onsite presence initially, and a hybrid arrangement may be available upon acclimation.
Responsibilities
Organize, review and manage litigation documents (i.e. pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence).
Assist in the collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information (ESI) through various software such as CSDisco.
Maintain and update litigation databases, ensuring accuracy and security.
Provide assistance in trial preparation (i.e. creating exhibit lists and trial binders).
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in litigation support and/or e-discovery, preferably within a law firm.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal certificate.
Proficiency in e-discovery software.
Strong understanding of the litigation process and e-discovery principles.
The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$95,000. The firm also offers benefits including health coverage, retirement plan and 20 vacation and sick days to start.
