Position: Customer Service I & Customer Service II Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $20 - $25+ per hour (based on experience and role).


Work Type: Contract with possibility to convert permanent.


Work Shift: Standard Business Hours, M - F (40 Hours a week). Start Date: ASAP (We are looking for candidates with Brightree experience so the start date will be determined upon finding the right candidate.)

Job Summary:


We are seeking Customer Service I and Customer Service II professionals to assist with the go-live of our new computer system, Brightree. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Brightree and will play a key role in helping train staff, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support after the system goes live.


You will also assist patients with their needs, including nutrition refills, while helping to ensure a smooth transition during and after the implementation of Brightree. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are service-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others succeed.

Reqirements:



  • Experience with Brightree is essential (Required).


  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Service-focused attitude and the ability to help train and troubleshoot.


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment (Required).


  • Prior experience in customer service/call center, patient support, or healthcare is (Required).

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the team with Brightree go-live, including data entry and system navigation.


  • Train team members on Brightree functionality and troubleshoot system issues.


  • Assist patients with nutrition refills and respond to patient inquiries as needed.


  • Generate reports and track system performance to ensure smooth operation post-go-live.


  • Provide ongoing training and support for staff, helping to resolve any post-launch issues.
