$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per Year
- Connecting with clients regarding past-due payments
- Creating and updating an aging report
- Determining the creditworthiness of clients
- Setting up repayment plans
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service skills are a must
- 2+ years of experience in a collection role is required
