Collections Specialist

Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions has teamed up with a client here on the east side of Indianapolis, IN! We are looking for a Collections Specialist with 2+ years of experience. This is a very casual work environment with a flexible schedule. This is a contract to hire position that is offered at $45,000/year – $55,000/year. Responsibilities

• Connecting with clients regarding past-due payments
• Creating and updating an aging report
• Determining the creditworthiness of clients
• Setting up repayment plans

Qualifications

• High School Diploma

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service skills are a must
• 2+ years of experience in a collection role is required
