Position Overview: As the Purchasing Specialist/Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing purchasing activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, handling pricing changes, and managing inventory and material management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and goods.
- Handle price changes.
- Work with suppliers to manage inventory and material management.
- Navigate the complexities of sourcing materials/goods manufactured in other countries.
- Maintain strong proficiency in Excel for various tasks, including tracking and price loads.
- Must have purchasing experience.
- Experience handling pricing changes.
- Experience dealing with the aftereffects of tariffs is beneficial.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must be hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Epicor Solar Eclipse and strong Excel skills are essential.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
