Assistant Controller | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a large construction client looking for an Assistant Controller. This company is in growth mode, which is why this position is being added. It will be a part of the Midwest region for the company, will report the Regional Controller, and will be a part of a stable group.

Duties:

· WIP Accounting

· Month/year end

· Staff supervision/management

· Financial reporting

· Reconciliations

· Journal entries

· Financial statements

· Ensure GAAP compliance

· Communicate data with other divisions and departments

· Consolidations

Requirements:

· 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience within construction accounting

· Bachelors in Accounting

· CPA preferred

· Foundation in public accounting preferred
