LHH is seeking candidates for a Financial/Administrative Assistant at a Christian faith-based organization located in North Charlotte. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting emergency relief efforts. Your work will directly contribute to helping communities recover and rebuild, making a real difference in people’s lives.
Fully on-site and off every Friday! Key Responsibilities: Manage and process all requests for payment and deposits for funds, events, and programs. Receive, deposit, and acknowledge all financial gifts. Record and track all emergency relief grant requests. Administer the emergency relief budget process, including preparation, distribution, recording, and accounting. Provide administrative support to the Director, the Associate Director, and other related staff, including handling phone and email communications, schedules, data processing in the emergency relief database, and coordinating inquiries and organizing information for volunteer individuals and groups. Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Associate degree preferred. 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
