B2B Inside Sales Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Huntersville, NC for a direct hire Business to Business Inside Sales Manager position! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of inside sales/B2B account management experience and great leadership skills!
Responsibilities:
Manage the order process to ensure timely and accurate order entry.
Set up new customer accounts and organize relevant data on the server.
Handle customer calls and order placements efficiently.
Generate quotes upon request.
Address customer complaints, document and resolve issues, and communicate the outcomes to the relevant personnel. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records in Dynamics GP and CRM systems.
Organize active and closed records on the server in the appropriate locations.
Assist the Sales team with follow-ups, lead management, literature requests, sample requests, and customer calls.
Promote and sell consumables to targeted market segments, both to new and existing customers.
Manage and nurture relationships with current clients to sustain and grow business.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
Qualify prospective clients and leads to assess business opportunities.
Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products effectively.
Actively seek new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date customer follow-up records in the CRM as per company guidelines.
Monitor and report on competitive activities, products, and pricing to management.
Prepare annual sales forecasts for specific market segments.
Adhere to company policies and directives to maximize profitable sales and achieve company objectives.
Collaborate with Sales Management to set and achieve goals and objectives, tracked by key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in inside sales and B2B customer service/account management
Proven leadership and training experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft GP, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
