HR Representative Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering related documentation.
Ensuring employee records are secure.
Maintaining HR policies and programs.
Assisting employees with benefits and compensation queries.
Participating in recruitment events and conducting interviews.
Providing new hires with necessary paperwork.
Assisting with audits and compliance reviews.
HR Representative Requirements:
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills.
