Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually (depending on experience) + bonus and client’s benefits
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 5-7 years of recruitment and talent management experience to lead all recruitment efforts across multiple locations within the real estate industry. This position could be ideal for professionals coming from the staffing industry who are ready to specialize in real estate recruitment.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, reduce turnover, and manage recruitment across various roles, including property management, leasing, and maintenance. This role is key in ensuring consistent staffing levels, fostering employee retention, and supporting the company’s growth objectives across multiple locations. Bilingual Spanish/English is required. Additionally, experience in smaller companies is preferred, and job tenure will be a key consideration in the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for multiple real estate locations, sourcing candidates for property management, leasing, and maintenance roles.
Create and implement tailored talent acquisition strategies to meet the specific needs of each location, ensuring that high-quality candidates are consistently hired.
Develop and drive employee retention initiatives in collaboration with regional managers to address turnover, enhance job satisfaction, and improve overall employee engagement.
Work closely with regional managers to assess staffing needs, proactively identify potential challenges, and streamline recruitment processes across multiple locations.
Utilize a wide range of recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, leveraging traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
Regularly track and report on recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention rates), providing leadership with actionable insights to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
Ensure new hires align with the company’s culture and values, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment across all locations.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
5-7 years of recruitment and talent management experience, preferably in the staffing industry or real estate.
Experience recruiting for multiple locations is highly preferred, with a proven ability to manage recruitment across diverse roles in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong understanding of employee retention strategies aimed at reducing turnover and fostering long-term satisfaction.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to engage with regional managers, executive leadership, and a variety of stakeholders.
Comfortable transitioning from staffing industry recruitment to real estate-focused recruitment, with an eagerness to learn about the nuances of real estate industry hiring needs.
Proficient in leveraging recruitment tools and sourcing methods to find top talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
