Job Title: Talent Manager - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Type: Direct Hire Location: Onsite, Greenway Plaza area, Houston, TX Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Position Overview:


We are looking for a Talent Manager with 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, particularly within real estate or staffing. You will lead recruitment efforts across various locations, sourcing candidates for property management, leasing, and maintenance roles. The ideal candidate will drive retention, support hiring initiatives, and align staffing strategies to the company's growth and culture. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Additionally, experience in smaller companies is preferred, and job tenure will be a key consideration in the selection process.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead recruitment for multiple real estate locations, including property management, leasing, and maintenance positions.


  • Develop and implement tailored acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.


  • Collaborate with regional managers to develop employee retention programs, reduce turnover, and improve job satisfaction.


  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide actionable insights to improve processes.


  • Ensure new hires align with company culture and values, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.


  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications:



  • 5-7 years of recruitment and talent management experience, ideally in the staffing or real estate industry.


  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple locations and roles in the real estate/property management field.


  • Strong focus on employee retention strategies and talent management.


  • Experience in a smaller company environment is preferred.


  • Job tenure is extremely important for consideration for this role.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
