$25.00 - $30.00 per Hour
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet production schedules.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of necessary materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to manage inventory flow.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process.
- Track and analyze purchasing expenditures to identify cost trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support company projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Monday- Friday, onsite
- Pay is $25-$30 an hour, depending on experience
