The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellence in management, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in property management, stellar customer service skills, and a strong grasp of financial principles.



Responsibilities:



  • Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of assigned commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant interactions, and lease management.


  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute property management strategies to enhance occupancy rates, increase revenue, and improve overall property performance.


  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.


  • Financial Management: Develop and manage property budgets, forecast expenses, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.


  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, liaise with maintenance personnel and vendors, and ensure that properties are well-maintained and adhere to quality standards.


  • Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and lease terms.


  • Financial Oversight: Review and authorize invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and prepare financial reports for property owners.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field with a successful track record of managing commercial properties.


  • Proficiency in property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
