$21.00 - $23.00 per Hour


We are recruiting for an Office Manager job in High Point, NC! This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity and will be fully on-site. In this role you are responsible for supporting management by working collaboratively to address issues and facilitate project completion for all projects. They may coordinate meetings with senior-level staff members about events or relevant work topics, policy formation, and related training. You must have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity, ability to work independently, strong technical skills and great follow up!


Responsibilities:



  • Prepare reports, memos, administrative information in support of executive management team.


  • Assist in organization of company and Executive Management teams minutes, calls and related information.


  • Assist Executive management team to manage calendars.


  • Supervise and assist in maintenance of company files.


  • Assist in onboarding employees.


  • Assist Executive management to coordinate training activities and key employee development activities.


  • Organize company philanthropic events and company celebrations.


  • Assist Business Manager in maintaining accruals spreadsheets and interacts with customers on advertising, markdowns, coupons, etc. Approve margins adjustments and other customer requests for deductions.


  • Responsible for maintaining current insurance coverage on business policy, Certificates of Insurance, etc.


  • Handle highly escalated claims including insurance claims and any other claims that have been submitted to the CEO (all customers).


  • Assist the Executive management team in review and approval of expense reports and some AP related tasks such as General Ledger coding.


  • Assist in filing and organizing invoices, receipts, and payments as required by the team.


  • Ensure adherence to company policies by all team members, including sales office hours, PTO, etc.



  • Assist in training, reviewing and approving Quotes & Item Agreements.


Qualifications:



  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.


  • Bachelors degree preferred.


  • Ability to utilize information technology such as Microsoft office suite of products and other various computer programs and technology.


  • Independent decision making; utilize critical thinking to establish best way to handle tasks and situations, sometimes with urgency, and sometimes with limited information.


  • Ability to write reports.


  • Communication; ability to communicate with others in a patient and calming way; ability to communicate cross culturally is a plus.


  • Collaboration; collaborate with others in their area of subject expertise to arrive at solutions that are best for clients, the company, and internal personnel.


  • Organizational skills; the ability to maintain order helps ensure executives don’t miss appointments or deadlines and helps ensure success in other areas of the company.


  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.


  • Possesses strong attention to detail.


  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.
