**Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday


**Schedule:** Onsite


**Job Description:**


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hempstead, NY. This role offers the opportunity to start as a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and fit. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, thrive in a high-volume environment, and exhibit strong communication skills.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.


- Manage a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely responses.


- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.


- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our system.


- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.


- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.


- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information and support.


**Requirements:**


- Proven experience in a customer service-facing role is required.


- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.


- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional and effective problem-solving.


- Bilingual in Spanish is required. Must be able to read/speak/write.


- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
