Account Executive (Business Development Representative)


Position Overview:


LHH is currently partnering with a well-known organization in the Harford County, MD area looking to bring on an Account Executive to join the team. In this support sales role, you will prioritize building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and end-users, driving sales growth while acting as a brand ambassador. Your proactive mindset will be crucial for identifying and developing new business leads, capitalizing on market opportunities, and providing exceptional support to both current and prospective clients.


Location: Harford County, MD


Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 remote


Comp: $60,000-$75,000


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business leads through networking, research, and outreach efforts to expand our client base.


  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and end-users, ensuring exceptional service and support to foster long-term partnerships.


  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, driving revenue growth.


  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business development and account management.


  • Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.


  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, account status, and pipeline management to ensure transparency and accountability.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a business development, sales support, or account management role.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.


  • Proactive mindset with strategic thinking abilities to identify and seize market opportunities.


  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.


  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.


  • A team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for driving results.
