This contract role will put the Collections Specialist in a role where they reach out to Businesses to collect on delinquent accounts, setting up payments, running credit checks on clients, and determining if the clients pass credit checks. Responsibilities:- Collections on delinquent accounts
- B2B phone calls
- Processing credit applications
- Evaluating credit worthiness of new accounts
- Previous experience in a call center environment is required
- Keen attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
- Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
- A consistent level of professionalism at all times
- One year of experience required
- Contract
- $22.00 to $25.00 an hour
- Full Time 40 Hours per week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
