Position Title: Customer Experience Specialist


Location: Groesbeck, OH 100% in person


Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm M-F


Pay: $18.00 to $19.00

Position Overview: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their reputation for outstanding customer service. You will handle a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring each one is resolved efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer. Your ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages, providing timely and effective resolutions.


  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and issues, offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of their products and services to provide accurate information and support.


  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in their CRM system.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues when necessary.


  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.


  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other customer service tools.


  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Empathy: A genuine desire to help customers and resolve their issues.


  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
