LHH is seeking applicants for an AR Specialist position with a company near Gresham, Oregon. This position will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable department, maintaining large accounts, ensuring timely payment, and resolving discrepancies. Below are more details.
In this role, you will:
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Review AR balance sheets, transactions, and aging reports, and work to drive collections
Prepare monthly reconciliations of national accounts by verifying information against invoice submissions
To be a fit, you must have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
Experience in construction highly preferred
A strong understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
