Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

· Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy.

· Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

· Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

· Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff.

· Handle special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· +5 years of experience in an accounting role

· Experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· High level of integrity and professionalism
