About the Role:


LHH is seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM/Talent Consultant to join our team for an exciting opportunity. This position requires a dedicated professional who can manage large-scale Workday implementations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to optimize the system's features.


Key Responsibilities:


Workday Implementation: Manage and lead large-scale Workday HCM implementations to ensure successful deployment and integration.


System Design and Development: Assist with the design and development of Workday HCM, Performance, and Reporting modules to maximize functionality and efficiency.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Workday.


Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support for the Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and addressing system errors.


Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training and support documentation to ensure effective utilization of the Workday HCM system.


Required Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s Degree


Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale Workday implementations.


Skills:


Proven background in designing and developing Workday HCM, Performance, and Reporting modules.


Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.


Experience in troubleshooting and providing user support for Workday HCM systems.


Ability to create and deliver training and support documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:


Certifications: Workday HCM and Talent/Performance certification is strongly preferred.


Shift Information:


Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
