About the Role: LHH is seeking a dedicated and skilled ERP Training Program Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and delivering training programs for ERP systems. This position requires a professional who can design effective training materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure users can efficiently utilize ERP software to optimize business processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Training Development and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials and training programs for ERP systems, ensuring users can effectively utilize the software.


  • Content Creation: Create clear, concise, and effective training materials, including workflow diagrams, documentation, and testing scripts.


  • Public Speaking and Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops, inspiring and engaging participants to maximize learning and retention.


  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ERP system.


Required Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience.


  • Skills:



    • Proven track record of academic and/or professional success.


    • Public speaking experience with the ability to inspire others.


    • Superior analytical, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills.


    • Proficiency in using computers for tasks such as creating/evaluating workflow diagrams, testing, and creating documentation.


    • Ability to write clear, concise, and effective training materials.


    • Demonstrated experience providing professional services or products that require advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning.


  • Licensure: Clinic employees must have maintained licensure appropriate to clinical education and training without lapse.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Education Skills: Prior experience in adult education, including curricula design, content development, and training delivery.


  • System Experience: Experience implementing, supporting, and training an EHR, ERP, or other IT systems.


  • Technical Proficiency:



    • Proficiency with Infor/Lawson.


    • Proficiency with business process and Salesforce CRM workflows.


Shift Information:



  • Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
