Job Opportunity: Senior Benefits Coordinator
Location: 100% On-Site Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with potential extension up to 18 months Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Coordinator in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and a strong understanding of federal and state regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills to an established healthcare company and ensure the smooth administration of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, and DOL requirements.
Oversee retirement plan administration, including non-discrimination testing and audits.
Conduct open enrollment processes and manage outsourced vendor projects.
Utilize HRIS applications to maintain accurate benefits records and streamline processes.
Provide expert guidance on benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting benefit programs
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with regulations/compliance (ERISA, ACA, Non-Discrimination Testing, audits, etc.)
Experience with HRIS applications and open enrollment processes
Outsourced vendor project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
CBP or CEBS certification
