We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join a team and support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with employees and leadership to drive HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring process, from job postings to interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
Employee Relations: Act as a resource for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, 401(k) plans, FMLA, COBRA, ACA compliance, and employee inquiries.
Payroll Support: Work with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data changes, timekeeping, and leave management.
HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and assist with reporting.
Performance & Training: Support performance review processes and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
General HR Administration: Handle data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
