Business Tax Specialist

We’re dedicated to delivering accurate, efficient, and client-focused solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Business Tax Specialist with expertise in business tax preparation to join our team and support our growing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review business tax returns, including but not limited to S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.
Analyze financial records, identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all filings.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer tax-related questions.
Work with team members to provide exceptional client service during tax season and throughout the year.
Assist in filing extensions, estimated tax payments, and amended returns as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in preparing business tax returns (minimum 3 years preferred).
Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, or similar).
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
CPA, EA certification, or equivalent credentials preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
