- Manage dynamic client communication, providing timely updates and obtaining essential information.
- Organize and analyze key documents, including medical records, police reports, and insurance documentation, to support case strategy.
- Coordinate critical events like depositions, medical examinations, and court appearances to ensure seamless case management.
- Maintain meticulous case files, ensuring all relevant information is current and easily accessible.
- Prepare compelling settlement demands and assist in negotiating favorable settlements with insurance adjusters.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation, including creating exhibits, subpoenas, and witness lists to strengthen the case.
- Track and manage important deadlines for filings, hearings, and discovery responses to keep cases on track.
- Certified Paralegal or experienced in personal injury law.
- Familiar with the litigation process and legal terminology.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to handle a dynamic workload.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Able to commit to working from a collaborative office environment.
